Gotta Empanada?

  1. Heat oven to 425 degrees F.
  2. Brown meat in large skillet; drain.
  3. Return meat to skillet; stir in salsa.
  4. Place 1 pie crust on baking sheet; top with meat mixture, spreading to within 1 inch of edge.
  5. Cover with cheese and remaining crust; seal edge with fork.
  6. Bake 25 min.
  7. or until golden brown.
  8. Cool 5 min.
  9. before cutting into wedges to serve.
