Carl's Sausage Soup
- 4 cns beef broth, ready to eat
- 2 packages chipped frozen spinach
- 1 tablespoon lemon pepper
- 2 teaspoons dried basil
- 2 packages Little Smokies sausages, cut into 1/3 's
- 3 medium potatoes, cut into cubes
- 2 yellow onions, chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, chopped
- 2 cans cannellini beans, rinsed and drained
- Mix: Place all of the above in a soup pot and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and let simmer 45 minutes.
