Autumn Pork Roast (In Crock Pot) Recipe
- 3 lb pork roast (3 to 4) Salt to taste Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
- 1 c. cranberries finely minced
- 1/4 c. honey
- 1 tsp grated orange peel
- 1/8 tsp grnd cloves
- 1/8 tsp grnd nutmeg
- Sprinkle roast with salt and pepper.
- Place in slow cooking crockpot.
- Combine remaining ingredients.
- Pour over roast.
- Cover.
- Cook on LOW for 8 to 10 hrs.
- This recipe yields 6 to 8 servings.
