Cinnamon Apple Crisps

  1. Preheat oven to 200F.
  2. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper (not wax paper).
  3. Place apple slices in a single layer on paper; sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
  4. Bake until lightly browned, about 2 hours.
  5. Cool on wire rack and serve.
