Baked Halibut In Herbs Recipe
- 1 x Halibut, 3-4 lb
- 3 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 x Onion, minced
- 2 x Celery stalks, minced
- 1 c. Mushrooms, sliced
- 2 Tbsp. Parsley, minced
- 1/4 tsp Thyme, dry
- 1/4 tsp Rosemary, dry
- 1/4 tsp Tarragon, dry
- 6 Tbsp. Butter, melted
- Mix together onions, celery, mushrooms, thyme, rosemary, tarragon and butter.
- Spread half of mix in a greased baking dish and add in the scaled and cleaned fish.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, top with remaining vegetable mix.
- Bake 35-45 min a t 375 degrees F or possibly till tender and flaky, basting 3-4 times with melted butter or possibly chicken broth.
- Use 1 tsp herb type if fresh minced.
