Maple Glazed Carrots

  1. In a medium-sized saucepan bring approximately 2 cups of water to a boil.
  2. Add carrots and cook until tender, approximately 7-10 minutes (depending on the size).
  3. Drain water; add butter, maple syrup and salt.
  4. Bring to a boil, then simmer 5-6 minutes, until caramelized (carrots coated in caramel).
