Iron Rich Quick Bread

  1. Combine flours, wheatgerm, baking powder & soda & salt.
  2. Stir in oats & sugar.
  3. Mix thoroughly.
  4. Add raisins.
  5. Combine oil, molasses & water.
  6. Add to dry ingredients.
  7. Stir until thoroughly blended.
  8. Turn into greased 23x13x7 cm loaf pan.
  9. Bake at 350F (180C) for 50 minutes.
