Orange-Ginger Beef Stir-Fry

  1. Toss meat with cornstarch in medium bowl.
  2. Add marmalade and ginger; stir until well blended.
  3. Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat.
  4. Add meat mixture; stir-fry 4 to 5 min.
  5. or until meat is done.
  6. Add broccoli, water chestnuts and soy sauce; mix well.
  7. Cover; simmer on medium-low heat 5 min.
  8. or until thickened, stirring frequently.
  9. Serve over rice; top with nuts.
