Mushroom n pepper omelette

  1. Heat 2 knobs of butter in frying pan
  2. dice the pepper and mushroom then fry for 1 minute then add a splash of woscestershire sauce
  3. Mix eggs and milk in with the herbs, chilli flakes, salt and pepper
  4. Making sure you use a non stick pan!!
  5. pour egg mixture over mushrooms and peppers
  6. Let cook for 2 minutes then fold in half.
  7. Cook on both sides for half a minute each.
  8. And theres your tasty omelette :) enjoy.
