Quick N Easy Crock Pot Beef Fajitas

  1. Cut flank steak into 6 portions.
  2. In a crockpot combine meat, onion, green pepper, red pepper, jalapeno, cilantro, garlic, chili powder, cumin, coriander, and salt.
  3. Add tomatoes.
  4. Cover and cook on low 8 to 10 hours or high for 4 to 5 hours.
  5. Remove meat from crockpot and shred.
  6. Return to crockpot and stir.
  7. To serve spread on tortillas top with toppings and roll up tortilla.
