Ham & Cheese Empanadas

  1. Heat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Roll pie crust into 12-inch circle on lightly floured surface; cut into 8 wedges.
  3. Separate wedges, then roll each, 1 at a time, to make 1/2 inch wider on all sides.
  4. Combine ham and cheese; spoon onto centers of pastry wedges.
  5. Roll up each wedge, starting at wide end.
  6. Place, point sides down, on parchment-covered baking sheet; top with olives.
  7. Bake 16 min.
  8. or until golden brown.
