Italian Spaghetti Pie

  1. Heat oven to 350F.
  2. Cook spaghetti as directed on package, omitting salt; drain.
  3. Place in large bowl.
  4. Add eggs; mix lightly.
  5. Press onto bottom and up side of 10-inch pie plate sprayed with cooking spray.
  6. Melt margarine in large skillet.
  7. Add peppers and onions; cook and stir until tender.
  8. Remove from heat.
  9. Stir in sour cream; spoon into spaghetti shell.
  10. Set aside.
  11. Brown sausage; drain.
  12. Stir in tomato paste and water; simmer 10 min.
  13. ; stirring occasionally.
  14. Spoon over sour cream mixture.
  15. Bake 25 min.
  16. Top with shredded cheese; bake 10 min.
  17. or until cheese is melted.
  18. Let stand 5 min.
  19. before cutting into wedges to serve.
