Magic Sauce Pork Roast
- 1 medium onion
- 1 12 lbs boneless pork roast
- 0.5 (16 ounce) jar mixed fruit, peaches, pears, pineapple, and cherries and half the juice
- 1 cup white wine
- 12 cup water
- 1 teaspoon rubbed sage
- salt and pepper
- Spray crock.
- Thinly slice onion and place in bottom of crock top with roast, add wine, water, fruit.
- Top with seasonings.
- Cook on high until simmering, about 90 minutes.
- Turn down to low for 3 hours or until meat is cooked through.
- Remove meat and use stick blender to puree fruit into the liquid.
- (or use blender).
- In the crock back on high add softened cornstarch to sauce to thicken stirring until heated through.
- Slice and serve meat with sauce over.
