Adobong Pusit
- 1 kg baby squid
- tbsp cooking oil
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 bunch silantro
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 pepper
- Saute garlic onion in pan
- Add squid , vinegar and soy sauce let it simmer for 3 -4 mins
- Add Salt , sugar and pepper to taste
- Garnish with silantro before serving
