Chinese Cabbage Salad

  1. Smash Ramen noodles in sealed package to break into small pieces.
  2. Saute crunchies until golden adding almonds and one package of Ramen seasoning.
  3. Throw the other package of seasoning away.
  4. Mix dressing ingredients.
  5. Toss chopped vegetables in enough dressing to suit.
  6. Add crunchies just before serving.
