Stir Fried Ginger Chicken

  1. Heat a pan over medium heat until smoking hot.
  2. Swirl in the oil, add the garlic and saute until golden brown.
  3. Add chicken for 1-2 minutes.
  4. Add the stock and ginger then the soy sauce, oyster sauce and sugar for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Add the spring onions and chillies for one minute.
  6. Garnish with spring onion and chillies.
  7. Serve with Thai fragrant rice.
