Nutty Apricot Cookies

  1. In mixing bowl, combine sugar, flour, baking powder and egg whites.
  2. Add nuts and apricots; mix well.
  3. Drop by spoonsful onto well-greased baking sheets.
  4. Bake at 325F for 15-18 minutes.
  5. Drizzle tops, if desired, with a mixture of confectioners' sugar, lemon juice, and water.
