Octopus and Lettuce Salad with Rich Mayonnaise Dressing
- 100 grams Lettuce
- 100 grams Boiled octopus
- 1 Shredded nori seaweed, as needed
- 1 Toasted sesame seeds, as needed
- 1 clove Garlic (grated)
- 1 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 2 tsp Oyster sauce
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
- 1 tsp Ponzu
- 1 Japanese mustard (tube), 3 cm plus
- Mix the ingredients.
- Finely hand shred the lettuce.
- Cut the octopus into bite-sized pieces.
- Mix with the ingredients from Step 1, add seaweed and sesame seeds and toss.
- Transfer to a serving plate and it's done.
