Oven-Roasted Beets Vinaigrette

• 2 lb. beets (about 10 small), trimmed, peeled and quartered
• 1-1/2 lb. red onions, peeled, quartered
• 1/4 cup KRAFT Lite Zesty Italian Dressing
• 2 slices cooked OSCAR MAYER Bacon, crumbled

1. Heat oven to 425F.
2. Place vegetables in foil-lined rimmed baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
3. Bake 45 to 50 min.
4. or until tender.
5. Remove from oven; cool slightly.
6. Transfer vegetables to large bowl.
7. Add dressing; toss to coat.
8. Top with bacon.
