Oven-Roasted Beets Vinaigrette

  1. Heat oven to 425F.
  2. Place vegetables in foil-lined rimmed baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
  3. Bake 45 to 50 min.
  4. or until tender.
  5. Remove from oven; cool slightly.
  6. Transfer vegetables to large bowl.
  7. Add dressing; toss to coat.
  8. Top with bacon.
