Oven-Roasted Beets Vinaigrette
- 2 lb. beets (about 10 small), trimmed, peeled and quartered
- 1-1/2 lb. red onions, peeled, quartered
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Lite Zesty Italian Dressing
- 2 slices cooked OSCAR MAYER Bacon, crumbled
- Heat oven to 425F.
- Place vegetables in foil-lined rimmed baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
- Bake 45 to 50 min.
- or until tender.
- Remove from oven; cool slightly.
- Transfer vegetables to large bowl.
- Add dressing; toss to coat.
- Top with bacon.
