Roquefort DressingA Very Popular Dressing.

• 2 tablespoons Roquefort cheese
• 1 cup mayonnaise
• Juice of 1/2 lemon
• 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
• 1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
• 1 teaspoon garlic salt
• Dash of cayenne pepper

1. Put the cheese into a small bowl.
2. Cream with a fork.
3. Add the mayonnaise, then the lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, horseradish, garlic salt, and cayenne pepper.
