Caesar's Fish
- 1 lb flounder fillets
- 12 cup prepared caesar salad dressing
- 1 cup round buttery cracker crumb
- 12 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Place fillets in lightly greased casserole dish.
- Drizzle Caesar dressing over fillets.
- Sprinkle cracker crumbs over the top of fillets.
- Bake at 400 degreees for 10 minutes.
- Top with cheese and bake an additional 5 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.
