Corned Beef Hash with Fries

  1. Mix bistro sauce and honey.
  2. Combine corned beef and onions; cook, in batches, in skillet or on flat top on medium heat 10 to 12 min.
  3. or until onions are caramelized and corned beef is heated through, stirring occasionally.
  4. Meanwhile, deep fry steak fries as directed on package; drain.
  5. Coarsely chop fries.
  6. For each portion (2 servings): Fry 1 egg in skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium-high heat until sunny-side up.
  7. Place 5 oz.
  8. (140 g) fries in shallow bowl; top with 4 oz.
  9. (115 g) corned beef mixture and egg.
  10. Drizzle with 2 Tbsp.
  11. (30 mL) sauce.
