Corned Beef Hash with Fries
- 1-1/2 cups Kraft Sauce Works Dijon Bistro Sauce
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 3 qt. cooked corned beef brisket, coarsely chopped
- 1-1/2 gal. onions, minced Safeway 1 lb For $1.49 thru 02/09
- frozen steak fries Target 2 For $5.00 thru 02/06
- 12 each eggs
- Mix bistro sauce and honey.
- Combine corned beef and onions; cook, in batches, in skillet or on flat top on medium heat 10 to 12 min.
- or until onions are caramelized and corned beef is heated through, stirring occasionally.
- Meanwhile, deep fry steak fries as directed on package; drain.
- Coarsely chop fries.
- For each portion (2 servings): Fry 1 egg in skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium-high heat until sunny-side up.
- Place 5 oz.
- (140 g) fries in shallow bowl; top with 4 oz.
- (115 g) corned beef mixture and egg.
- Drizzle with 2 Tbsp.
- (30 mL) sauce.
