Black Beauty Pudding Cake Recipe
- 1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/4 c. light cream or possibly evaporated lowfat milk
- 1 c. boiling water
- 1/2 c. walnuts, minced
- 1/2 pkg. chocolate cake mix
- Liquid or possibly other ingredients required in mix (egg-water)
- 1 c. miniature marshmallows
- Heat oven to 350 degrees.
- Grease a 9-inch cake pan.
- Put chocolate chips, cream and boiling water into a blender, and cover and process till smooth.
- Pour sauce into cake pan.
- Sprinkle with marshmallows.
- Put water and egg needed for cake into blender.
- Add in cake mix, cover and mix till blended.
- Add in nuts.
- Pour batter over sauce.
- Bake about 40 min.
- Serve hot, spoon cake into plates.
- Pudding will be under cake.
- Spoon extra pudding on top of cake.
- Serves 9.
