Salted and Grilled Horse Mackerel

  1. Gut the horse mackerel.
  2. Pat dry with a paper towel.
  3. Sprinkle salt (a generous amount) on both sides of the fish.
  4. Grill for 10 minutes.
  5. Enjoy!
