Smoked Salmon Spread

  1. Remove skin and bones from salmon.
  2. Combine all ingredients (except nuts, parsley and pretzels) in a bowl.
  3. Mix well with a fork.
  4. Form into a half round ball.
  5. Wrap with plastic wrap and chill for 2 hours.
  6. Mix nuts, parsley and crushed pretzels together, then put on top of chilled ball, pressing lightly to adhere.
  7. Serve with Ritz crackers & enjoy!
