Candied Bacon
- 7 slices OSCAR MAYER Butcher Thick Cut Applewood Smoked Bacon
- 1 tsp. dried rosemary leaves
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Place wire rack on foil-covered rimmed baking sheet.
- Arrange bacon slices in single layer on rack.
- Top with rosemary; sprinkle with sugar.
- Bake 25 to 30 min.
- or until sugar is bubbly and bacon is crisp.
- Cool 5 min.
- ; transfer to paper towels to drain.
