Candied Bacon

  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Place wire rack on foil-covered rimmed baking sheet.
  3. Arrange bacon slices in single layer on rack.
  4. Top with rosemary; sprinkle with sugar.
  5. Bake 25 to 30 min.
  6. or until sugar is bubbly and bacon is crisp.
  7. Cool 5 min.
  8. ; transfer to paper towels to drain.
