Ww 6 Point Po' Boy Sandwiches

  1. Toast rolls in preheated 350F oven for 5 minutes.
  2. Remove from oven, hollow them out and cut them in half lengthwise.
  3. Stir together mayo, mustard, hot pepper sauce and Worcestershire sauce.
  4. Spoon 1/2 T. of mixture into cavities of 8 hard roll halves.
  5. Layer on filling, 1/4 cup lettuce, 1/4 tomato, 2 oz.
  6. ham and 1/2 oz.
  7. cheese.
  8. Top with 1/4 of artichoke and pepper strips.
  9. Add top halves of rolls and serve.
