Hot Dog Fajitas

• 5 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon, chopped Rite Aid 2 For $7.00 thru 02/06
• 8 OSCAR MAYER Wieners, diagonally cut into 1-inch-thick slices
• 2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms
• 1 large onion, cut into 1/2-inch-thick slices King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
• 1 each large green and red pepper, cut into strips
• 1/2 tsp. each ground cumin and dried oregano leaves
• 2 tsp. lime juice Safeway 3 ct For $1.00 thru 02/09
• 5 KRAFT Big Slice Pepper Jack Cheese Slices
• 8 corn tortillas (6 inch), warmed

1. Cook and stir bacon in large skillet on medium heat until crisp.
2. Remove bacon from skillet with slotted spoon, reserving 1 Tbsp.
3. drippings in skillet.
4. Drain bacon on paper towels.
5. Add wieners, vegetables, seasonings and lime juice to drippings in skillet; mix well.
6. Cook 5 min.
7. or until vegetables are crisp-tender, stirring occasionally.
8. Stir in bacon.
9. Top with cheese; cover.
10. Cook 3 min.
11. or until melted; spoon onto tortillas.
12. Fold in half.
