Mango Lassi

  1. Puree all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
  2. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  3. Put all the ingredients in a small sauce pan, and bring to a boil, stirring occasionally.
  4. When sugar is dissolved, remove from heat.
  5. Cool, strain, and refrigerate.
  6. Yield: about 2/3 cup
