One-Pan Taco Macaroni and Cheese

  1. Add ground beef, minced onion and garlic powder to a large skillet.
  2. Brown and crumble beef.
  3. Drain and return to same pan.
  4. Stir in taco seasoning and half of the water.
  5. Return to a boil and let simmer for 5 minutes.
  6. Add in beef broth, remaining water, and pasta.
  7. Simmer for 812 minutes, or until noodles are tender.
  8. Top mixture with tomatoes and cheese.
  9. Cover and let sit for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
  10. Remove cover and stir.
  11. Serve immediately.
  12. Enjoy!
