Vegetable Rice Pilaf

  1. Spray skillet with vegetable cooking spray and heat 1 minute.
  2. Add green pepper, garlic powder, basil leaves, black pepper, and rice.
  3. Cook and stir until rice is browned and green pepper is tender-crisp.
  4. Stir in chicken broth.
  5. Heat to a boil.
  6. Reduce heat to low and cover and cook for 10 minutes.
  7. Stir in Veg-All.
  8. Cover and cook 10 more minutes or until most of liquid is absorbed.
