Passover Bulkes (Cream Puffs)

  1. Bring water, shortening, sugar and salt to boil.
  2. Remove from heat.
  3. Add cake meal all at once and stir till mixture forms a ball.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, blending each egg well before adding next.
  5. Place heaping tablespoon on ungreased cookie sheet about two inches apart.
  6. Bake 10 minutes at 450F.
  7. Then turn oven down to 350F
  8. Bake 30 to 40 minutes, depending on oven.
