Heavenly Toffee Chip Fudge

  1. In a large microwave-safe mixer bowl, combine the butter, milk and chocolate chips.
  2. Microwave on HIGH for 1-1/2 to 2 minutes or until butter and chocolate chips are melted.
  3. Stir in confectioners' sugar and vanilla; beat at medium speed, scraping bowl often, until smooth (2 to 3 minutes).
  4. By hand, stir in 1/2 cup toffee chips.
  5. Spread in a buttered 8-inch square baking pan.
  6. Sprinkle 2 tablespoons toffee chips over top; gently press into fudge.
  7. Cover; refrigerate until firm (1 to 1-1/2 hours).
  8. Cut into squares.
  9. Store refrigerated in airtight container.
