Ginger Shrimp & Broccoli
- 2 lb. medium shrimp, cleaned
- 4 cups broccoli florets
- 1 medium red or green pepper, cut into strips
- 1 large aluminum foil bag
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 Tbsp. grated fresh ginger
- 2 Tbsp. dark sesame oil
- 1 tsp. soy sauce
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Place shrimp, broccoli and peppers in even layer in foil bag; sprinkle with garlic and ginger.
- Drizzle oil over ingredients in bag.
- Seal bag by double folding open end of bag.
- Slide bag onto grill; cover grill with lid.
- Cook 15 to 20 min.
- or until shrimp turn pink and vegetables are crisp-tender.
- Remove bag from grill to large plate, using oven mitts.
- Cut slit in top of bag with sharp knife.
- Fold back top of bag along slit to allow steam to escape; sprinkle with soy sauce.
