Barry's Nut 'N Cherry Bread Recipe

  1. Glaze: Mix water, cornstarch and salt.
  2. Near the end of the rising, brush crown with mix and sprinkle with seeds.
  3. Adding the glaze is optional.

  5. Alternately, use Maraschino cherries.
  6. Amount of cherries and/or possibly nuts can be varied to suit.
  7. Use "Raisin bread" setting and add in both at the beep.
  8. ** Adjust amount of water for a smooth "tacky" feeling dough ball.
  9. Alternately, use part cherry juice and part water.
