Easy Chocolate Cherry Bars Recipe

  1. Combine cake mix, pie filling, Large eggs and almond extract; blend thoroughly.
  2. Pour into greased 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 inch jelly roll pan.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 min.
  4. Cold.
  5. For frosting: Combine cocoa and coffee; add in remaining ingredients; beat thoroughly till creamy.
  6. Frost cake, cut into bars.
  7. Makes 40 bars.
