Whole Cranberry Sauce
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1 cup pomegranate juice
- 1 teaspoon ginger
- 1 (12 ounce) bag fresh cranberries
- 12 cup Splenda granular
- 1 medium apple, peeled, cored, diced
- 1 cup pomegranate arils
- 1 orange, zest of
- 1 cup walnuts, chopped
- 12 teaspoon salt
- Combine juices, cranberries and ground ginger in a pot and bring to a simmer.
- Let mixture cook for approximately 10 minutes until berries pop.
- Turn off the heat.
- Add Splenda, apples, pomegranate arils, orange zest, walnuts and salt.
- Stir until splenda and salt dissolves completely.
- Cool the sauce and pour into a service dish.
- Store in the fridge for a day or two to blend the flavors.
