Foil Cooked Miso Flavored Pork
- 300 grams Pork loin sliced thinly
- 1 bag Bean sprouts
- 1/2 onion Onion
- 1 Japanese leek
- 3 tbsp Miso
- 1 1/2 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 tbsp Vinegar
- 1 1/2 tbsp Ground white sesame seeds
- 1 dash Salt and pepper
- Cut the pork in half and sprinkle salt and pepper.
- Wash the bean spouts, and strain.
- Slice the onions, and slice the Japanese leek diagonally.
- Mix the ingredients together to make the miso dressing.
- Prepare four 30cm squares of aluminum foil.
- Place the bean sprouts, onions, pork, miso dressing, and Japanese leeks on the center of the foil in that order.
- Firmly seal the aluminum foil from Step 3.
- Cook Step 4 for about 15 minutes in a toaster oven, and it is done!

- I cooked it using the fish grill on my stove.
- It will get a nice grilled look, making it look delicious.
