Savory Cheddar Chicken and Rice
- 2 cups Minute Rice
- 1 can (10 Oz. Size) Cream Of Celery Soup
- 1 can (10 Oz. Size) Cream Of Mushroom Soup
- 1 can (10 Oz. Size) Cream Of Chicken Soup
- 4 whole Chicken Breasts (or 6 Small Ones)
- 12 ounces, weight Sharp Cheddar Cheese, Sliced
- 1 box Chicken Stuffing Mix (6 Ounce Box)
- 1 cup Melted Butter
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees .
- Mix soups together with rice (feel free to use any variation of the 3 soups if you dont like one, double up another).
- Spoon into 9x13 baking pan and top with chicken.
- Cover and bake for 45 minutes.
- Take chicken and rice out of oven and carefully arrange slices of cheddar cheese over all pieces of chicken, covering as evenly as possible.
- Sprinkle stuffing mix (dry) onto your chicken, rice and cheese and drizzle melted butter evenly over the top.
- Bake for another 40 minutes, uncovered, until cheese is melted and stuffing mix is browned at edges.
