Chicken Pate Sandwich
- 2 blocks (8 Oz. Size) Low Fat Cream Cheese
- 2 cans (10 Oz. Size) Canned Chicken
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Dill Weed
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- Salt And Pepper
- 1 whole Cucumber
- 8 slices Whole Wheat Bread
- Let cream cheese soften a bit.
- Then thoroughly combine cream cheese, chicken, paprika, dill weed, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
- Thinly slice cucumber.
- Spread pate over slices of bread then lay slices of cucumber on top.
- Top with remaining pieces of bread to finish off the sandwiches.
- You can also toast the bread before assembling the sandwiches for a little crunch!
- Note: Some of my favorite veggies to use with this as a dip are raw sliced zucchini or cucumber.
