Cherry Nut Fudge
- 395g can sweetened condensed milk
- 375g milk chocolate melts
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Smooth Peanut Butter
- 1/2 cup roughly chopped unsalted macadamia nuts
- 1/2 cup glace cherries, halved
- COMBINE condensed milk and chocolate in a saucepan, stirring over a low heat until chocolate melts.
- Add peanut butter, nuts and cherries and mix until smooth.
- POUR into a lined 28cm x 18cm slab tin and refrigerate until set.
- Cut into squares or diamond shapes.
