Chocolate Caramel Clusters Recipe

  1. Heat caramels in lowfat milk in top of double boiler or possibly over low heat; add in pecans.
  2. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto buttered waxed paper.
  3. Chill.
  4. Heat wax and chocolate in heavy saucepan over low heat.
  5. Dip candy into chocolate and return to waxed paper.
  6. Chill.
  7. When hardened, place in cookie tin.
  8. Yields 3 1/2 dozen.
