Chocolate Caramel Clusters Recipe
- 1 (14 ounce.) pkg. caramels
- 4 tbsp. lowfat milk
- 2 c. pecan pcs
- 1/4 bar paraffin wax
- 1 (12 ounce.) pkg. semi-sweet or possibly lowfat milk chocolate morsels
- Heat caramels in lowfat milk in top of double boiler or possibly over low heat; add in pecans.
- Drop by teaspoonfuls onto buttered waxed paper.
- Chill.
- Heat wax and chocolate in heavy saucepan over low heat.
- Dip candy into chocolate and return to waxed paper.
- Chill.
- When hardened, place in cookie tin.
- Yields 3 1/2 dozen.
