Low-Fat/ Low-Calorie Chocolate Fudge

  1. In a 3-quart saucepan, combine the sugar, milk, cocoa, and corn syrup.
  2. Heat on medium heat until the mixture reaches 240F stirring constantly.
  3. Take the mixture off the heat and add butter and vanilla.
  4. Let cool to 110F and then stir until mixture loses its gloss.
  5. Spoon into a foiled 9x13-inch pan and let harden.
  6. Cut into squares.
