Baked Corn and Noodles
- 3 cups noodles, cooked al dente
- 2 cups fresh corn, Frozen can be substituted but thaw
- 34 cup fat-free cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 tablespoons margarine, melted
- 12 teaspoon salt
- Combine all ingredients in a slow cooker.
- Cover.
- Cook on Low for 6-8 hours or on High 3-4 hours.
