Grilled Stuffed Mushrooms

  1. Spray a grilling pan with the cooking spray.
  2. Preheat Grill.
  3. Over medium-high heat oil in a sauce pan.
  4. Once warm add the onion and garlic.
  5. Cook until soft.
  6. Add chopped mushroom stems and cook 2 minutes longer.
  7. Remove from heat and add breadcrumbs, parsley hot sauce and parmesean cheese.
  8. Mix well.
  9. Fill mushroom caps with the mixture and drizzle with olive oil.
  10. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
  11. Put caps on grilling pan and grill until golden brown.
  12. Turn over and cook until browned.
  13. serve immediately.
