Buttery Peas and Zucchini

  1. Cook peas according to the package directions.
  2. Pour into a serving bowl, cover with plastic wrap and set aside.
  3. Mean while in a skillet, simmer water and zucchini over medium heat until water is evaporated and zucchini is tender.
  4. Stir in peas and pimiento.
