Cheesy Potato Soup

  1. Cook diced potatoes until about 3/4 done, set aside.
  2. Combine margarine and flour in stockpot, mix until smooth.
  3. Gradually add half& half over low heat, stirring constantly.
  4. Add melted Velveeta, stir well.
  5. Add potatoes, stir in other ingredients except bacon.
  6. Simmer over low heat, stirring constantly, until heated through.
  7. Ladle into bowls for serving, crumble bacon on top.
