La Grasse Fromagere Avocado Dip
- 2 avocados
- 3/4 cup salsa
- 1/2 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese
- 2/3 cup cottage cheese
- 3/4 cup grated provolone cheese
- 1/2 cup chick peas
- 2/3 cup sour cream
- 1 handful Bean sprouts
- Hot sauce, to taste
- Tomatoes, cubed
- Parmesan cheese
- In mixing bowl, mash avocados and cream cheese; mix well.
- Incorporate all other ingredients.
- Heat on stove top over low-medium heat until color starts to darken and cheese melts.
- Put in serving bowl and top with cubed tomatoes and parmesan cheese.
- Serve with warm pita bread slices or tortilla chips.
