La Grasse Fromagere Avocado Dip

  1. In mixing bowl, mash avocados and cream cheese; mix well.
  2. Incorporate all other ingredients.
  3. Heat on stove top over low-medium heat until color starts to darken and cheese melts.
  4. Put in serving bowl and top with cubed tomatoes and parmesan cheese.
  5. Serve with warm pita bread slices or tortilla chips.
