Nacho Chicken Pitas

  1. In a shallow bowl, beat the egg.
  2. Place crushed chips in another shallow bowl.
  3. Dip chicken in egg.
  4. then coat with chips.
  5. Place in a single layer in a greased 11-in.
  6. x 7-in.

  8. baking dish.
  9. Bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until juices run clear.
  10. Spread mayonnaise inside pita halves; line with lettuce.
  11. Fill with chicken and tomato; sprinkle with cheese.
