Chicken Soup

  1. Put all ingredients in the pot except for the egg.
  2. Boil for approximately 25 minutes.
  3. Once cooked, remove chicken from pot and shred with fingers or fork; put back in to pot.
  4. Bring soup to boil again.
  5. Add in beaten egg while stirring.
  6. Enjoy!
